My menus are gone/hidden in Access -- need them back!

HI,
So I created this big 'ole database, and then I was messing around with the "Startup" function under the Tools menu. I accidentally unchecked "allow full menus" and "allow built in toolbars", and now (on only that database), there are very small menus. How do I get them all back for that database?

Thanks!

Try starting up the database while the left shift key is pressed. Then see if you can set the menu options the way you want them.
