I just had something mysteriously install by itself, should I be concerned

I was browsing the net ahwile ago and some "I agree box" showed up. At first I thought it was a popup but just didn't look like one. It actually scrolled. I didn't read it all but it was saying something about international calls. I check the directory it said it was in and it was called "ecommerce" It had a word doc in it and an .ini file both had a bunch of jibberish inside them.

So it installed something to my C: drive, my start menu, and my desktop. All I did was click the X on the terms of agreement box.

Anyone know what this is?

I don't know what it is, but I would run a virus scan and ad-aware if I were you.
