hiow do I creat a "launchpad" for Windows NT?

How do I create a "launchpad" for Windows NT?

I tried clicking on the bottom of the screen for the "toolbars" to show up but nothing happen. Any hints? Thanks

Do you mean the Quick Launch? If so, then right click the taskbar-->toolbars-->quick launch.

The only problem is "toolbars" is not showing up.

Not a feature of NT. It came about in Win2000.

For 'quick launch' try adding shortcut keys to your shorcuts.
