How do I configure NIS to allow access to my FTP?

Anyone know how I would configure Norton Internet Security to allow access to my FTP server? One day it'll let people access, the next day it won't. HELP!

Damn I clicked on this thread think that you needed help configuring a UNIX NIS box and was all fired up to help you.

Doesn't Norton IS have a routing heirarchy you have to configure? Maybe that's the problem?
