Free plugins for photoshop?

I'm building a webpage for an electronics club and was wondering if there were any decent free plugins for photoshop.

Specifically, I'm looking for something to "circuitify" an image. i.e. add components and traces while still keeping the shape of the original.

Any others will be helpful too though since I don't have any plugins at all.

The company "Flaming Pear" makes some pretty decent Photoshop plug-ins.

They have a number of free plug-ins and the rest are on a demo basis. Worth a look if you need some plug-ins.

I don't know of any plug-ins to "circuitify" an image.
