Video Editing software...

I was wondering if with software I would be able to legitamatly and easily reverse a segment of a film. I would want to be able to put a clip backwards so the i would see a person that fell down on the ground jump back up... would i be able to do that with Video Factory or Adobe Premiere or is that for much higher end software... Thanks in advance

Premiere will do it for sure. (And i do believe most others will too since it's pretty standard. I just Premiere b/c that's what i use and know for sure).

if you have version 6.0, there's two methods:

method 1. go to the video effects on the right, open the "obsolete" folder of effects. drag the "backwards [video]" effect to the clip.

methods 2. select the clip, go to the "clip" menu up top and select "speed." change "speed" to -100

(i notice the method 2. has much less interlacing when rendered. try both, you'll see what i mean).
