I don't have one but I'd suggest trying to build one yourself. I've looked throught their website and they always seem overpriced.

But if you want some info on them, gere's the Reseller Ratings review of them.

Try reading through there to see what people think of the company and the computers.

I came really close to buying one...but heres why I didn't:

I read alot of good things about their computers...but their customer service is supposedly horrible. If you get a good computer out of the're set. If theres ongoing problems with might be down for weeks at a time. check out this story...

There are many many more like this if you do enough research.

I went with a Dell....8200 with a 21" monitor. Couldn't be happier.

The only advantage to buying a system from them or dell or any other company for that matter is the warranty. That's the way I see it anyway. If you are not computer saavy and would rather not worry about possibly doing work on it yourself, go for a prebuilt one (if I was this way, I would buy Alienware btw.)

But, building a computer is much easier than most people think. You could probably find all the information you need right off the web, let alone countless books. Plus it is fun and educational.

Personally, I think they make nice looking systems, and probably perform very well, but they are VERY overpriced. Periodically I check their site just to see what kind of stuff they are building lately and I always find myself going to and calculating the exact computer and often it comes out to be about a thousand dollars less.

So in the end, if you are really wanting to play some high end games, and have that much money and need the support, go for it. Otherwise consider building one yourself and learning something in the process.
