Exporting AOL Address Book

How about the question raised about exporting one's Address Book from AOL to somewhere else (Outlook Express in my case)? I'd like to do that (as I'm dropping AOL soon) but don't know how.

Thanks.

Nobody has offered me any good ideas yet.
My plan unless someone has a better idea.
1) Add everybody in the address list to a the "To" field of a new message, but don't really send it.
2)Cut and paste the names out of the to field and into the body of the message.
3)Send the message only to your new account name
4)Import the email addresses into the address book. You still have to type the person's name, but at least there are no errors in the e-mail address.
My folks only have 12 names or so, its not too bad. For a large address book, this may not be much help.

If I stumble across anything better, I'll post.

I guess I'll paste all the favorites into another e-mail as links and send to the new account.
