Need help...someone keeps emailing me virus files

I sold a DVD to this guy on ebay last June and ever since then I am constantly bombarded with messages from him containing various worm viruses. The transaction went okay so I don't know why he'd intentionally do this. It might be some of those things that get into your Outlook Express address book and send them out at random.

The only thing is, it doesn't stop despite repeated messages to him. I've also notified abuse at my server and his, and no results. He's either MIA or wants to keep doing this.

My Norton Antivirus catches it but I get tired of answering the prompts and I still have to manually delete his messages out of my email trash (using Eudora).

So what do I do? Is there some authority to contact or is there a way to nuke his email address into oblivion? I ordinarily wouldn't think of doing that to someone but he either deserves it or he's already dead or something. Any suggestions?

If you aren't expecting any "meaningful" emails from him, I'd just set-up Outlook to automatically delete any messages from his email address.

Just my $0.02.

That's the thing, I guess I'm an oddball but I'm using Eudora Mail. I have it set to just delete the messages but then they're still there in my trash and it shows unread messages in there, so I feel compelled to delete them. And like I said, Norton catches it on the way in too, so I have to say okay to each prompt from that too. The viruses themselves aren't doing a thing to me though.
