Could someone explain this e-mail?

I got this e-mail today and I'm not quite sure what it is - is it from my hosting company or is it some SPAM gone awry (the yahoo e-mail address I don't recognize at all)?

Um, I think it means you won the lottery?

Sorry, I thought this was the Other forum. Nope, no clue. I would think it was an undelivered email, or undeliverable.

Hmmm, strange.
normally, the IP addresses listed should be the sending computer, SMTP server, or a router someplace. The 2 IPs listed are localhost and a web server respectively, and shouldn't appear in email headers.
I'm thinking You might be right about spam gone awry. Someone trying to spoof their IP to avoid detection, and the qmail server sent You the report on the failed send, rather than the actual spam.

Of course, I could be completely wrong... If someone knows for sure, I'm rather curious myself now.
