Anyone know how to disable Microsoft Script Editor?

I'm tired of getting the Runtime Error popups asking me if I want to DeBug. How can I stop these?

Tools---Internet Options---Advanced

Browsing---Disable script debugging

Uninstalling VS won't do it, it just uninstalls the debugger.

I've been wondering about how to get rid of that. Thanks.
