Any reason you don't want to just build one from scratch?

The hardest part is installing the Heatsink/Fan on the CPU!

Also finding a premade setup with a 450 watt power supply may be tough.

If you don't want to build one yourself I think www.tigerdirect.com sells some bare bones setups.

Last I checked P4 don't use DDR memory. There are ones that use SDRAM and RDRAM but not DDR. Just givin ya a heads up.

correct me if i'm wrong though and point out the mboard that disproves it.

Actually as far as Intel (brand) boards go the 845 chipset is sdram pc-133.

I'm not sure about other brands though.

and everyone is a fricken computer expert on this forum

Yes, DDR and P4 motherboards do exist RIGHT NOW

Here is the first

and its specs are pretty impressive (although this is a second tier company)

There are 3 other "popular" boards based on the same VIA chipset. 3 more are soon to be released (by companies you know - first tier)

Intel is suing VIA over this chipset so the future of these type boards is unknown, if you want one better grab it now. Damn second tier companies! I am still trying to get a demo board, I am curious as hell about this one.....
