How to make a personel handwritten signature?

I have windows 98SE and Office 2000.Sometimes there are soo many documents and faxes to be sent that each time I have to print out and sign them manually.
Anyway to make my hand written signature into a jpg file, with just a scanner? I have also photoshop!
And the company seal which is red color so I need to have it also in each documents.I want ths to be used in Excel and Word files and maybe in my emails also!

Just sign a piece of paper, scan it in, and save it. Whenever you need it, just insert it into word as a picture. size it accordingly and print or fax.

lower the quality of the scan you're making. on my HP scanner anyway (3300 i think) you have the choice of photograph, drawing or text.

when i first was trying to get a signature to insert in faxes, i had it on black and white photograph, but i got the paper grain like you're describing. when i lowered the quality (can't remember if drawing or text), it just picked up the signature and i can insert it into any document and you can't see the outline around it.

maybe that was just a fluke for me, but it might work :>
