Attention AT&T Broadband Cable Modem Subscribers In MA, ME & NH ...

FYI ...

With the recent server replacements, that began on October 8, 2001, and are still ongoing ...

You are all entitled for lost service time credits. There is no red tape, just give them the dates, and they will credit your next monthly statement ...

Just curious. I have [email protected], but my service has never gone down. Now if it does go down somehow, how much are they going to credit me? Is it like $1/day or something like that? What's the scale?

If you pay $29.95 per month, then it would be $1.00 per day. $39.95 is $1.33 per day, and $49.95 is $1.66 per day.

@home when it goes down is usually more then a day and if you keep calling you usually can get a free month. Ours was down a couple weeks once and we got like 2-3 months free for it. So keep track.
