Any good ID3 editoring programs out there?

I am looking for a program that if at all possible would be some what cheap that I could edit what is in the ID3 tag. I know that WinAmp does it but is seem to not give you very many character spaces?

ID3 v1 tags are limmitted in the number of characters per field (don't remember the specifics right now, except 30chars for title). I use this:
