some help please.

ok, i've had this problem before, and i've fixed it before. i can't remember how i did it though. here's the problem.

i am running windows 2K and whenever i start up the computer (from login or cold start), windows explorer opens up to my system32 directory. like i said, i've had this problem before, but it was in windows 98 se.

how do i fix this?
