Outlook express problems

about every 2 weeks i keep geeting errors in my outlook express. Usually i just delete the program and the reinstall everything. But this is just getting to be a pain in the ass. The error i keep getting is MSOE.dll could not be loaded. I have checked my outlook folder and the file is there it is just not being loaded when i start outlook. Does anybody know how i could fix this?

Have you tried using Outlook instead of Outlook Express? It took me awhile to make up my mind to switch over and use it, but personally I love it WAY more than I ever liked Outlook Express. Outlook not only does email, but it also has a built in calendar, organizer, and other utilities that you might find useful and it's quite easy to setup and you can even transfer everything over from Outlook Express as far as saved mail, contacts, etc.
