How do I get my browser to quit presenting web pages in italics?

It only does this with some of them, but it started when I got my new machine going. This is really bugging me.

tell me more about what pages it's affecting. Does it italicize all text? Look on the view menu and see what type of encoding the broswer is set to and font size/type

also try Tools-Internet Options- General Tab - Fonts - Web Page Font (plain text font lists)
