Streaming service with international channels?

Hi everyone,

I’m looking to help my parents to cut the cord since their cable bill is so expensive but they’re stuck with cable since it offers a package of 3 Russian channels. Is there any streaming service that has Russian programming? It doesn’t really matter if it’s live or on demand.

There are a couple of Roku Private Channels (UK TV and Canada TV).

They haven't been pulled and both have been on their for over a few years. Both are 1.99 a month. Canada TV has CBC (for those who can't stand NBC Sports Network coverage of the NHL).
