Some services have 2.35 movies in the wrong ratio also. You aren't "porting" the actual movie file, but the right to watch it on different services and each one may have a different transfer for better or worse.

Do any software developers visit this forum?
Someone should make an app/website that finds the best price for a film that's available through Movies Anywhere, and provide crowd sourced info on which retailer is the best to watch it through on which device. They could make a killing on affiliate links.
Just a question if Movies Anywhere has an open api or not...

Re: Movies Anywhere - News, Rumors & Discussion
If I bought a movie on iTunes how do I get it into Vudu and can I get into Amazon Prime account?
The movie I am talking about just in case is Bang! The Bert Berns Story documentary...
Edit...I guess it’s not on Movies Anywhere website even though it doesn’t come out till 11/3. So the only way I’ll be able to see it is on pc or phone if I don’t have Apple TV, correct?

Now that they know there isn't a proper match between their version of Heat: Director's Definitive Edition and the iTunes version why haven't they fixed it? It's been 5 days since your post for a something that should be a simple database update. Five minutes tops. It's almost like MA customer service doesn't bother to tell engineering about these issues, or worse engineering thinks customer-visible problems are low priority. I wouldn't be surprised if a similar issue is preventing How to Train Your Dragon and Blade Runner: The Final Cut from porting out of iTunes into my MA account.

Victory!!! I contacted both Movies Anywhere and VUDU, and they removed all 5 of the freebie movies I didn't want. I actually wanted The Lego Movie, but I'll get the bluray cheap at some point.

I don't appreciate Ghostbusters 2016 being forced on me and it had to go.

Speaking of the free movies, I showed Ice Age to my toddler over the past week, he loved it. I'll probably have to get the rest at some point. I reckon Big Hero 6 will probably be shown pretty soon.

Fucking A...i just redeemed a code for The Last Starfighter that expired in 2012! i went to the Universal website it gave me (which didn't look like any current digital copy slip. i mean this was years ago before the UV and slips like now and figured site wasn't even still up), put in code, automatically took me to Movies Anywhere site, put code in again and voilà and sure enough right into Vudu. i love it!!

No, TV Series are not part of Movies Anywhere, at least not yet.

Something surprising - I had the previous release of The Lion King which showed up on Vudu as movie only. I know the new Signature Collection release had something like 30 featurettes, and now it seems like I have that as well. It just popped in my MA/Vudu as of this morning.
