For some reason I’m only able to get any 5.1 audio through my Firestick. All the D+ content I’ve watched so far has only been in 2.0.
For the life of me I can’t figure out how to fix it.

Were you able to get it working? I’ve been on the phone with Disney for hours and I’ve heard every excuse. First they said I or Xfinity had installed a VPN. Then it was Xfinity had a block of the Disney plus IP address. Finally, I called back and played dumb and said I thought I was locked out of my account. Then they escalated it to the higher ups. Still waiting to hear back but at least I feel like some progress is being made.

You can request Movies/Shows be added. You can also request new features.
Go to the Help section and click the Give Feedback button at the top. In the drop down box select "Suggest a New Feature" or "Request a Film or Show"

It's possible I saw a different Error number. I thought it was 83. But I wasn't paying much attention.

One thing I noticed on day 2 was on the iOS app, under account settings (I think I had some kind of badge on the icon, might have been a number 1, or exclamation point) and there was a message in there that I had to verify my account. I clicked it, and they sent me a 6 digit code that I had to enter on the app. I was still able to stream before that.
(Just logged into the website on Chrome, and have the exclamation point badge on my Acct icon, now saying my cc is getting ready to expire, even though I don't have to make a payment until 2022, and my cc is good until 2020)

But if I switch to my 4g everything works. I can login logout watch everything it works perfectly. When I try to open app in my roku tv, my roku or fire stick I get this.

So we're trying the Seven Day Trial....if we opt to do that package deal, do I need to do it thru the Disney web site or will it is be a offer thru the site/PS4/LG TV?
NM...I tried thru the actual web site to sign up and buy the current offer and getting a error...."Quota Exceeded Error"
NM again...I saw on a site what to do about getting the Package Deal with the add-free Hulu so we got rid of Cinemax, then signed up for Hulu Add-Free and then from what I read, sign up for the Disney + Hulu + ESPN Package....

Where do you see it? When I select a show, all I see is the "play" button which resumes where it left off. For reference, I am on a Fire TV cube (2nd gen).

I noticed this too on my regular Firestick. It only produces 2.0 on the regular Firestick in the bedroom, but 5.1 on the Firestick HD in living room. I've tried this across multiple devices & found the audio varies. I'm able to get 5.1 from Chromecast & Fire Stick HD. And only Dolby Atmos on Roku.
After fiddling with it for a while yesterday, I never got it to produce 5.1 audio. I came to the conclusion that I just need to buy another Roku.

i was so bummed when the 2nd ep of Mandalorian was done and there was no other yet. would be a great binge all show, since brevity of eps. week to week is gonna kill me. love the thing so far...
