Re: YouTube TV -- Live TV streaming service
We’ve been having an issue while watching baseball games.
Seems to be only the first or second inning.
The feed often comes back after one or two pitches have been thrown and after that ad that says click here for a relaxing video.
I’ve tweeted at them a number of times but they don’t respond.

Probably with the way they're trying to splice in local ads, I'd send them an email instead of Twitter.

With what they charge, there shouldn't be ANY ads.

My picture quality has been bad today. I usually stream NFL Redzone on two TVs and it's very pixelated today. I tried playing a video on regular YouTube and it was fine.

There were issues today. They send out a message about it. I guess they fixed it for the later games.

I had the same issue with the Sunday Ticket games, but I pulled up the quality options and picked 1080 instead of auto. That fixed it for me. For whatever reason auto was not giving you the best quality, but clicking 1080 fixed it permanently.

Re: YouTube TV -- Live TV streaming service
I noticed that someone has been watching shows off of my YouTube TV DVR. My sister and I are the only ones that use it and she's not watching the shows on the dvr. I have two factor authentication on. I don't know if it's a glitch or if someone has unauthorized access to my account. I guess I need to go in and log every device off and change my password.

Interesting. A feature to reduce broadcast delays for live sporting events is being rolled out. Trade off is it may be less stable:

I'll stick with no instability too. I just need to stay off my phone while watching. My fantasy football apps will spoil scores by letting me know a player on my fantasy team scored a TD.

Just an FYI, incase anyone is an overlapping area.
I don't have NST, but I've noticed in the past month or so if I log in and link my YouTube TV (TV Everywhere) to Foxsports or CBS I can sometimes get different NFL games.
Today YT is only showing CBS game JAX vs CLE. But when I login to Foxsports I get LAR vs BAL.
YT has me in the Philadelphia viewing area. But when I log into these apps/sites they have me in the Baltimore area. Not sure if it's still the case, but I used to be in both areas.
Most local cable companies in the area would give you 2 of almost every local network.
Using TV Everywhere creditials is a good way to get around YT streaming limits too.

Re: YouTube TV -- Live TV streaming service
My buddy tried the reduced buffering yesterday and today and he had no issues with stability. He is in a different state, though.
I just turned mine on to see if there is a difference..

Apparently it's been a slow roll out over the last month or so but now on my Apple TV I can easily go back to last channel by holding down the select button.
About time... missed that feature.

I think Roku and Apple TV are the only devices that can do it right now. But yeah, rolling out slowly.

Yeah it isn't on fire sticks yet, so "down down select" it is.
