Yeah, from my understanding, Aladdin has gone back into the "Disney Vault" and won't be available for a number of years.

The Disney/Touchstone sale is now available on Microsoft Movies & TV.
I redeemed a bunch of Bing Rewards points and got some free movies. |

Wanted to expand on this now that I've received a communication back from MA. MA stated that the w/Bonus version of Who Framed Roger Rabbit is not a title that Movies Anywhere has in their library while the w/o Bonus they do have.
So I share caution if buying MA titles from Amazon that have Bonus Content as you may find these titles, while theoretically same as the non Bonus Content versions, will not pass to and through MA. Considering this, I will make sure in some cases to buy from another provider so when coming into Amazon I will own the Bonus Content version on Amazon.

Yeah, vudu won't allow you to search for movies that it no longer sells, even if you own it. You would have to go into your collection to find it (or go directly to the page through a link like above)
The annoying thing is when a service replaces a version of a movie. I'll see the new version with a prompt to purchase, which may trick me into a re-buy unless I remember I already own it and dig into my collection to find the old version. |

Re: The kinda all streaming deals thread
I use it to get a $5 Amazon GC every 20 days or so.

Re: The kinda all streaming deals thread
Thanks guys. I’m somehow level 2 and have a few thousand points, despite never using Bing or seeing these reward quizzes before today. I guess my very limited Xbox activity has been earning me points somehow. But cool, i’ll try to remember to check this each day, and do some bing searches instead of google.

Re: The kinda all streaming deals thread
I usually just go to the news section and click on the headers for the various sections. Around the sports section, I’ve fulfilled my daily searches.
For mobile, I just type in the alphabet up to T. |

Re: The kinda all streaming deals thread
On topic, the Amazon 99 cent sale seems to be continuing, and looks like perhaps a few new additions.
Sorry about temporarily turning this into a Microsoft Rewards points thread, but three more quick things: 1- This is really quick and easy and I’m sad that I haven’t been accumulating free gift cards all along. Maybe two minutes a day to max out the points and get a $5 giftcard every two weeks. 2- I see they have 20 bonus points a day for searching with Edge. 3- Yesterday searching on iOS Safari gave me my 150 PC search and my 100 mobile search points, but today I can’t seem to get the mobile points. Tried several browsers and apps. |

I do the same thing. It gives me a good review of the day's news. I also check the rewards page. There's always a couple quick 10 Point items. If I have time, I do the quizzes.

Re: The kinda all streaming deals thread
One last thing about the Microsoft Rewards. There are cheating sites and bots that will run in the background and do the Bing search for you. DO NOT USE THESE. Microsoft will ban you from the Rewards program. They can tell the difference between bots doing random searches, and real human search patterns.

I don't really need them to buy them as I still have them on disc, and it's not like my kids regularly watch them anymore. The fact that they're not MA is another strike. |

That's a good point about titles like these being categorized as either movies or TV. It's still weird, though, that Vudu and Xbox don't have them in either category. Maybe some kind of legacy thing with iTunes and Amazon.

For some reason, Vudu doesn't carry any Disney Channel content. There might be a few exceptions. But almost all the TV shows and movies are missing.
The inconsistency is probably another thing to add to the "annoying things about streaming" thread. :) |
Re: The kinda all streaming deals thread
Just did a search on the Amazon $0.99 titles and discovered different titles now.
Not necessarily more. Some titles are no longer $0.99. Other titles that weren't $0.99 before are now |

Ozzy Osborne : Memories of a Madman (4 1/2 hr documentary) I'm on the fence about getting the Trancers trilogy. It seems like the sort of film I'd have loved in the 80s, but I've never seen them Some things I found: Tristram Shandy: A Cock & Bull Story - a very meta movie featuring the combination of Steve Coogan, Rob Brydon, and Michael Winterbottom, who later worked on "The Trip" trilogy of films/shows. Uncanny - looks like a gender flipped Ex Machina. The Game Changer - Set in 1930s Shanghai, the trailer just looks gorgeous. Painted Skin: The Resurrection - Chinese fantasy action film Done the Impossible - Documentary about Firefly & Serenity |

They've added Paul Simon Live at Hyde Park.
Looks and sounds great. I was worried that it was after his voice went but it sounds like this was before that thankfully. |
Re: The kinda all streaming deals thread
Forgive me, since I only search through Amazon videos when I have credit. And especially when they are about to expire. But how do you find a list of the 99 cent titles? I'm looking all over, but apparently not in the right place.

Re: The kinda all streaming deals thread
I just found out that Justwatch can lists the Amazon $0.99 titles, in a big list of just pictures, a bit faster to scroll through. Includes SD titles.
https://www.justwatch.com/us/movies?...uy&max_price=1 A few more I've found Three by Johnnie To Yasmine - looks like a Indonesian Karate Kid Orson Welles' Don Quixote (1992) (SD Only) - this is a 1992 attempt to complete this unfinished film. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Don_Qu...)#1992_version |

The new Pupper Master movie is $0.99 at Amazon. It just came out today, so this is obviously a misprice. The reviews are surprisingly good. Grab it quick.

Re: The kinda all streaming deals thread
I'll buy that for .99 cents!
