I got Blue Bayou and The Card Counter (both 4K) from the new Universal rewards. I still have over 8600 points left. For 1K each, it's a no brainer. I initially saw The Card Counter in the theater, but I think I dozed off for like 20+ minutes, so I definitely needed another re-watch. I loved Blue Bayou when I initially saw it 2 years ago in the theater.

It came out in limited release during COVID 2 years ago.

I saw it in the theater and really liked it. Really dark drama about international adoptions and a family being torn apart.

^ Light Sleeper is a really good Paul Schrader movie starring Willem Dafoe and Susan Sarandon. I recently gave it a shout-out on a thread about under-rated movies. Worth picking up for sure at $3.99 for those interested.

One of the many mysteries about that movie. My favorite is that the movie's studio head at the time, Peter Gruber, sat on the 6 man, 6 woman jury in Winona Ryder's shoplifting case in 2002. That is still beyond comprehension to me.
