I tried to redeem this on VUDU with no luck from the 4K and on lionsgate's site it said I had to contact customer service. Still no response from them. I am not downloading a friggin app either.

I'm not sure,but it might have to do with some posts on Blu-Rat.com about.John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum and a few other movies for D2D were posted last week before they were even release. Now I'm no expert on digital , I never redeem much until last year for movies I own,and have too many.
And bought lots and did the D2D too for about the past 8 months for my Vudu account.

Now I guess Lionsgate found out about this ,I did not read the whole thread until yesterday,as I missed the post about these new releases.
So you might have to prove u own it? Because somehow JW3 and a few other movies UPC codes got release to the public.
Not sure how it happened,but this researchboy (they post lots of movies) should not have posted UPCs or whatever for movies not out yet.

It said to go to universalredeem.com and enter code. Then to choose Google play,MA or Vudu.
I went with Google and the movie showed up on all 3 services.And my Vudu has the most movies,as I buy and redeem mostly though Vudu.I believe all my MA/Google movies are on my Vudu account,something I need to research one of these days.
