Is there an official date when this show starts on Shudder?

Shudder announced today that the first episode of NOS4A2 will debut on their service in the U.S. and Canada on Thursday, August 8, with subsequent episodes of the 10-episode series added every Thursday.

My annual sub is coming to an end. While I want to watch NOS4A2 and Creepshow, I'm not sure if I'll continue shudder.
When I went to the cancel page it said "Are you sure? You'll lose access to your great price!"
I used a coupon code last time. Anyone know if I will be renewed at That price, with code, or at the regular annual price? If the latter, could I cancel then renew with another code?
I did reach out to support, they haven't gotten back to me yet (last time they were very fast and helpful, but nothing yet.)

Re: Shudder - AMC's streaming service for Horror fans

I think what that is referring to is they put their price up $1 a month (or $9 for annual) back in April. They said that all active subscribers would continue to be billed the original price indefinitely, as long as they don't end their subscription.
So it will probably renew at the original $48 a year instead of the current $57 a year.

Re: Shudder - AMC's streaming service for Horror fans

My yearly subscription renewed a few months ago at $47 and change.

I admit that I rarely use Shudder, but I will be checking Creepshow when that premieres.

New Joe Bob Briggs coming October 25th, starting at 9 pm, Halloween Hootenanny. I assume it is a marathon of sorts.

Looks very likely that he will be showing Halloween (1978).

Shit, I bought the Halloween UHD a few months back and have been saving watching it until Halloween night. I guess I'll have to watch it twice this year.

Just signed up yesterday on the monthly plan. Gonna watch One Cut of the Dead and look around during my free trial.

Re: Shudder - AMC's streaming service for Horror fans

In the coming days I'm going to give this service a whirl, mainly just to see Joe Bob do Halloween, as well as the other movies he's already hosted. I don't know if I'll do a month or splurge on a discounted year. (I wonder if the bulk of their sign ups occur in October.)

I love a good splatter flick, but is that primarily what they offer on Shudder? How much classic/old pre-slasher horror do they have to stream?

Pretty sure you can see everything they offer at the website.

Lots of TV too.

I'm on the discounted 1 year plan. I admit, I don't make good use of this service as I have so much content to watch. But, if you're a horror fanatic, it's pretty good.

I am frustrated that I haven't had the time to watch the new Creepshow TV series yet.

Thanks. A couple of weeks ago I went to their site to find information on the monthly/annual pricing - there was a conflict on what I'd seen reported elsewhere and what my friend said she pays (later I found out she's grandfathered in at an old price) - and it didn't come right out and tell you, so I figured the site was useless in regards to detailed information about anything.

But that seems like a good catalog.

^That is a nice deal, but weird they would promote it as the “deepest discount ever” at $39.32 when they offered it for at least as low as $28.73 last year.
