I was browsing the episodes of Xena on Netflix, and didn't see the battle of the bands episode. Did Netflix not get the rights to some episodes?

Just that one episode due to music rights, and I think one more episode for some other copyright reasons (Anthony and Cleopatra), both are on Hulu Plus though (Since NBC/Universal is part owner).
