Paramount will become the new home to all Ultimate Fighting Championship events in the U.S. under a seven-year agreement with TKO Group announced Monday. The deal has an average annual value of $1.1 billion, the companies said. That's really interesting. I kinda think there's going to be some backlash for WWE fans having to pay 30 bucks a month for ESPN (if they don't have cable) for PPVs when they're used to paying 10 bucks or less. But I guess TKO isn't that worried about "devaluing" their marquee events. Were they not making money under ESPN?

I get it... it was the same way with Peacock and the WWE PLE's... but the rest of P+ subscribers that don't care about UFC won't be happy with having their price increased to pay for it.
I bet the only way you can get them is with the premium sub that adds showtime. Probably get a ton of people upgrading. |

Had to use a different email to sign back up but I now have Ad Free P+ and Showtime for a year for less than I paid for past 12 months of P+ Essential only plan, yay!

I've been extending my Paramount+ with 99 cent monthly come back promos. My current one ends on the 12th, so hopefully I'll be able to use this promotion after that.

On another note, I just noticed that they remastered the original 90210 series in 4k for the 35th anniversary of the series. They're all on Paramount+.

So Paramount + is getting UFC in 2026 as mentioned earlier and all their matches are part of the subscription unlike when it was on ESPN when you had to pay for ESPN+ and then cough up another $80 to 90 per UFC match. I personally don’t watch UFC, but someone online was saying this is a bargain for UFC fans when you think of the small extra cost and added benefit. Yeah I know, if you don’t watch UFC, this is just another annoying price increase.
