On January 1, we did the $25 for one year and we clearly should've gone for the premium for $50 and added Showtime for a little more. The chat bot said, hmm, I can't tell what you're asking, can we try again? After 4-5 times the chat bot said it couldn't solve my problem and sent me to the contact page. For the first time ever, it also had a phone number listed. I called and was told my wait time would be 1 hour. Well, I'm working from home today, bring it. My wait time was around 40 minutes. The CSR heard me out and consulted with others on whether this would work. They finally decided if I try to upgrade on my own, it will likely go through but if not, they will override it for me. He waited on the phone with my when I upgraded and boom, it worked.

We went from 1 year of Paramount+ Essential for $25 to 1 year of Paramount+ Premium and Showtime for $75 and I'm happy!
