What should I stream next?

i am in serious House of Cards withdrawal...

want to watch something new, but also thinking i want something familiar and something that i love. so a friend suggested reliving Breaking Bad. i was all set for that and then thought Six Feet Under. i been meaning to get back to that for the longest time...i have both Netflix and AP.

so you decide...

what should I stream next?

Breaking Bad vs. Six Feet Under

ps) maybe we should have a thread like this for all people wanting to decide what to stream next?

Given those two choices, definitely Breaking Bad. Six Feet Under is good, but not THAT good. :)

Don't you own the entire Blu Ray barrel of Breaking Bad? Why would you need to stream it if you own a physical copy? You spent all that money for it? Why don't you watch a series via streaming that is highly regarded, but you've never seen?

Can't go wrong with either, although I haven't finished BB. Six Feet Under was perhaps the best show I ever watched.

The Good Wife on Amazon Prime. One of the best written shows on TV right now. Great cast, guest stars and has a good serialized storyline. It has a little bit of a political storyline as well similar to House of Cards.

Continuum (S1 and S2 on Netflix) or Sherlock (1-3 on Netflix).

P.S. they have a Last Show You Streamed thread, that's where I go for suggestions by looking at what people are watching.

You're the second person I heard this from and I looooved HoC and West Wing so this is interesting.

 And this, ladies and gentlemen, is why physical media is dying. I don't buy nearly as much anymore either.

I'll third that recommendation, and second the one for FNL.

Voted BB, but you can't go wrong with any of them.

Fourth. The Good Wife is my favorite current show on non-premium-cable.

How about seasons 1 and 2 of Orange is the New Black?

How about the 1990 UK version of house of cards? That's available on amazon prime :)

And all 3 seasons of the UK original are on hulu plus.

Try Sherlock and Continuum, really.

I would go with Six Feet Under.

Keep going on The Good Wife. Gets really addictive. You will also get to know some really fascinating characters.

Re: What should I stream next?

Since you have Amazon Prime, and they just got access to old HBO stuff, I'd say go with that. The Wire, Oz, Deadwood, Carnivale, whatever. Something new (to you) and good always trumps something you've already seen, IMHO.
