Probably, but they haven’t shared a reason with the public.

Re: The Amazon Prime Streaming Thread

Papillon (1973) is both MA and UV according to Vudu:
https://www.vudu.com/content/movies/.../Papillon/9302

Amazon doesn't indicate whether a title is MA eligible anywhere on their site.

There's a thread on the Vudu forums of titles that are only SD on Vudu but HD elsewhere. Papillon (1973) is already on the list.

Re: The Amazon Prime Streaming Thread

Not really. What benefit do they have to say something like “Univerersal gave us a bad transfer because we rank their releases lower in search results than WB titles,” or whatever the reasoning is?

It’s too inside baseball for most buyers and could be potentially damaging to existing relationships.

amazon.com/MoviesAnywhereTitles should provide all MA eligible titles.

Prime Video Canada has added all seasons of Murder, She Wrote and Monk. I’m really excited for Murder, She Wrote being added. I think I left off at S10 but will start from the beginning.

All three seasons of The Expanse will be available on Amazon Prime starting Feb. 8

Season 3 of The Expanse will begin streaming free for Amazon Prime members starting Feb. 8, Variety reports. The announcement has been confirmed on Twitter by the program’s writers. Fans can expect season four to premiere later this year, also on Amazon Prime.

Re: The Amazon Prime Streaming Thread

Don't believe it has been mentioned here, but Prime recently added all seasons, and the movie, of the Canadian sitcom "Corner Gas". I love this show. Very quirky. Give it a shot, if you're looking for something new to watch.

Re: The Amazon Prime Streaming Thread

Looking forward to finally being able to watch season 3 of The Expanse! This is one of the shows I missed most after cutting the cable cord. So glad Amazon picked it up.

One of my favorite shows, I bought the Canadian DVDs back in the day after seeing a clip on Youtube (Pink Eye). Here's that clip:

A show that truly had six seasons and a movie.

Re: The Amazon Prime Streaming Thread

In case you haven't noticed, Amazon has pulled all Warner Brothers TV content off their service. Everything, new, old and such. If you bought any WB shows, they are gone.

Re: The Amazon Prime Streaming Thread

Wow, I don't know what to make of that. I mean I get that they'll pull stuff of Prime, but stuff you bought? If you buy content, you should own that content forever.

I know I bought some Black Lightning show for cheap. Don't know if there was anything else that I bought.

edit : This article makes it sound like it's a temporary dispute.

Technically that's not true. When you purchase digital content, movies or TV, you're technically buying a license to watch it an infinite amount of times as long as the content provider makes it available.

You could own 1,000 WB movies on Amazon that you think you "own", but WB could pull it anytime at their discretion like when they start their own streaming service this year and decide they no longer want to be in business with Amazon. Not saying they will, but it's possible.

Re: The Amazon Prime Streaming Thread

Basically at this time anything you already have in your library will still be there but for TV series like Supergirl or Arrow, no new episodes will appear until/if the dispute is over.

Re: The Amazon Prime Streaming Thread

I just contacted Amazon about not being able to watch Arrow/Supergirl and they refunded me (as one time courtesy). Fuck them and their courtesy. I know it's not their fault the shows got pulled, but if you can't provide me with the product I paid for (a whole season), you owe me a refund, no questions asked.
