I tried watching Van Wilder: Freshmen year last night to get the $3 credit, but I started running into playback problems around the 45 minute mark. So I had to stop. Hopefully that is enough to get it.
BTW, the movie was terrible. Lame sex comedy and the lead is a piss poor Ryan Reynolds knock off.

I had problems too. First connectivity, it wanted me to go to Sd. Then a weird hdcp error. I switched movies and the second one seemed to work. We'll see.

I watched House of Games, a Mamet heist film I have good memories of. I missed a lot of subtleties having it on in the background, though.

That is an eclectic mix. Will pick up The Dirty Dozen for sure. Maybe Cinema Paradiso.
I am sure I already paid more for a digital copy of Talented Mr. Ripley - and I don't care. I love that movie deeply. What a murder's row of a cast -- five top young actors all at their absolute peak.
Anyone have an opinion of Life in Pieces? Never watched it but I think I heard it was good.
BTW : I've seen worse movies than This Means War, but none, I think, that I ever loathed as much. That movie is total detestable dreck.

Not that I’m holding my breath for Paramount or MGM to join MA, but I’m not making it a priority to get titles that may someday be D2Dable, like The Untouchables.
I also got the second season of Dollhouse in the LA sale after getting the first one on sale a while ago.
That used up my $2 and $3 credits, and still have a 10% one to go, which I’d love to use on a bundle.
I thought This Means War was entertaining when I saw it in theaters, but I haven’t seen it since.

I grabbed Beautiful Girls along with The Substitute and Raw Deal.
They've also got a few good horror flicks with The Prophecy, Mimic, and Phantoms. Affleck was the bomb in Phantoms.

Best 3 for 5 yet. Picked up Raw Deal, Cop Land and Beyond the Law. May need to do another one just for Beautiful Girls. I would also highly recommend The Substitute if you are looking for another.

I'm trying to resist, but the Disc + Digital UHD preorder for Rocketman is only $27.99 which is a decent deal to see the movie 3 weeks before disc release, plus get an extra digital copy with the 4K physical release.
