The "Volumes" are for the US remake of the show, basically an entirely different show, with different hosts, segments, etc. There was only 6 seasons of the US show, which apparently has been broken into 8 "Volumes" on Vudu.

For those with T-Mobile, VUDU $5.50 credit is available. I'll wait until weekend, but if not I'll snag Luther S4 (which is a little cheaper this week at $3.99) and maybe a weekend film.

BTW, I ended up having a really hard time with my 10% and ended up using it on a movie called The Tell (because it had Jason Lee mostly) which was $4.99.

Video services annoy me sometimes. After the recent Harryhausen talk, I thought I'd convert some of my Sinbad films using D2D, but only Jason and the Argonauts has an HDX version available. Xbox has all of them in HD, but they have the original Ghost in the Shell only in SD even though their description talks about HD. Amazon has all of the above in HD, so kudos to them, I guess. I assume the studios provide the same files to everyone so I don't know if some of them have ingestion issues or what.

Only Rosewood Season 1 for me. I used my $5.50 credit as well. I've said a few times in TV Talk but much underrated show and deserved a lot more than 2 seasons. We will probably never get a Blu-ray release and even if we do somewhere down the road, it will probably not have digital. Hopefully season 2 gets a sale in the future as well.

Well, I managed to watch three of my four 10-cent rentals before they expired. I tried to sneak in the fourth one last night but fell asleep, and it expired at 8 this morning. Note to self: Rent later in the day. But I had 30 days, and it cost 10 cents, so I'm not complaining.

At least I got to watch Trading Places with my teenage daughter last night before the rental expired. She primarily knew Eddie Murphy as Donkey. Glad I got to introduce her to a comedy masterpiece (and show her what Sen Al Franken used to look like).

Agreed on both points. I would have cleaned up in Defiance or Sliders and then got the 4th season of Continuum. But now it's a hard pass. *sigh*

Just to point out, the Sliders first season is missing an episode (I believe it's missing on other providers as well, so it's probably a rights issue)
