I picked up Sex Drive: Unrated and Hard Eight in the weekend sale.

iTunes has a $4.99 Sale on 80's Action movies. Not all of them are MA, so you have to be careful. I picked up Alien Nation and Year Of The Dragon. Both transferred to Vudu.

Yes. No UV entitlement either way. But it will transfer to VUDU, XBOX, Apple and Google Play via MA and be in your shareable MA library.

When I plan to buy or redeem anything, I check at VUDU first as they show what is UV, MA, UV/MA. It is also good to check the spreadsheet (don't have link right now).

So for instance I want to buy something at Amazon, I check VUDU to see it the title is UV, MA, or UV/MA.

If MA only then I buy from Amazon. If UV only I do not buy. If UV/MA, I will buy from either FandangoNOW or VUDU.

Redeeming is a bit different yet similar. If UV, I try to redeem with the studio if possible, otherwise VUDU. If Disney (or company owned by Disney), then I redeem most often via MA.

I just noticed that some of those $4.99 Weekend movie deals have special features available in the MA app that do not appear on VUDU. Last week's titles Bonnie & Clyde and Rocky Horror Picture Show and this week's Office Space, Safety Not Guaranteed and Viva Las Vegas all have special features that don't show up on VUDU but are unlocked with purchase. If anyone notes any other titles, please let us know here -- especially as long as these $4.99 sales continue.

The Toy Soldiers won. That’s all that happens in the end. I’m guessing come Sept 1st, that was it for this movie being shown for free.

I've had Never Let Me Go on my wishlist forever. An incredibly sad but wonderful movie. I will probably buy it with this deal. Maybe Rules Don't Apply (which I don't really love, but it's my childhood hero Warren Beatty, so I should probably grab it anyway). No idea what the third one will be.

Much like Wilson, I'd bet this will actually be the recent remake with Rachel Weiss.

I just watched all of Brooklyn 99 on a free Hulu trial and am tempted to get those, though I figure a complete series can't be that far away. And the price is good but not amazing.
