yup. Just got off the phone, had them cancel the order. They better clean up their site quick and clearly state which quality is what or I’ll just stick with purchasing from iTunes and Prime Video.

Damn, sorry. hope I did not copy and paste bad info from slickdeals. When ordering last night, I did not look closely and now see it is HDX.
looking at the SD thread now, I believe Vudu offered it as 4k at first but changed it to HDX only.
But Vudu seems very good at giving refunds if they do not upgrade the bundle.

Superman special edition and Superman Returns from what I understand have never been upgraded to 4K.

You are correct, but when you looked at the bundle it offered everything else in quality “up to 4K,” with those two listed as HDX. Once purchased everything was HDX, so a bit of bait and switch going on.

I’ve never gotten around to getting the Superman movies, and I already have the Batman ones, so the small bundle interests me. But it seems silly not to have Returns, which I’m probably more likely to watch than 3 and 4. So maybe I’ll just keep waiting.

Kind of annoying that WB always seems to price their titles at $5 each even in bundles. If I’m buying Lethal Weapon 1-4, I want an additional discount, darn it. :lol:

This new collection is basically the Christopher Reeve collection 1978 to 1988. A 4K physical media media set just recently came out.

watch out if you buy Deconstructing Harry that's on sale for 4.99
I had to contact them , because I got it in SD even though it was listed as HD, still waiting to see if the issue is fixed or not.Apparently I'm not the first on with this problem.

No you aren't and it's the issue I've mentioned several times in this thread since VUDU did away with the SD/HDX/UHD purchase options. I pulled that title up and on the title page it does says HDX but when you get to the confirm purchase page it says SD. That's what matters and VUDU can't do anything about it to give you the resolution on the title page. VUDU looks to be in no hurry to fix/address the issue as it's been going on for more than a month.
