In a Valley of Violence...damn fine little western. damn fine. very no frills, simple and straightforward. Travolta was actually decent and showed what he used to be. very enjoyable.

Evil Dead (2013) (UR)...not a bad little horror flick. A little to over-the-top with its gore, but effective nonetheless.

I finished Goliath. I'm three episodes into Casual Season One. Six episodes in on Red Oaks Season Two and Two episodes in on Longmire Season Five. I'm really enjoying Casual and Red Oaks. I'm a bit down on Longmire though. I have a feeling that Season Five is not going to be as good as season Four.

very nice movie. syrupy sweet and the music is very manipulative, but overall it worked. could see why it wasn't a smash though. played it way safe and just this shy of corny.
