I think this is new-- Three Errol Morris documentaries ("Gates of Heaven", "Vernon Florida", and "The Thin Blue Line") are now available for Instant Viewing.

"Gates of Heaven" is one of Roger Ebert's 10 best of all time. "The Thin Blue Line" is probably one of mine.

La jetée (The Pier) is now on NetFlix Watch Instantly

This short French film (only about 30 minutes long) is what the Terry Gilliam film "12 Monkeys" was based on. "La jetée" is comprised entirely of a series of still photos with narration but is very effective and quite good.

I'm all for low budget, and comedy, and mixing comedy in my horror. But this one didn't work at all for me. Completely unfunny, and quite painful to get through.

Just saw the creepy French flick from 1960 "Eyes Without a Face" - haven't seen it in years. Holds up surprisingly well. God bless you Criterion and Netflix.
