Anyone else have them do this ? I had a large order, they sent me an e-mail telling me they couldn't get 4 items (out of about 12) so they cancelled the whole order.

I stopped using these idiots when it took them over one month to deliver Wargames...my first order placed with them and I began listening to all of the complaints about this etailer!!!! I have heard you do not have this problem in relation to their music dept so they must be handled by two separate distribution centers.....one that outright sucks....and one that actually does a good job!!! :)
