I continue to have good luck with the Amazon CSRs. I recently had a problem with an order of mine, they overcharged me for shipping and handling, and after a few moments of talking with him, the correct shipping charges where given to me, and my credit card was credited the difference. Then to top it off, he said to check my email in a few minutes. When I did, I found a $10.00 GC. I know there shipping rates are high on some things, but if you do some of your shopping in the amazon outlet, it makes up for it.

I have had such great luck with Amazon. Whenever I have had a problem (only twice in many orders). I have simply called them and the CSR has always corrected things.

The only problem I have with Amazon is that they're so expensive compared to places like http://www.moviesource.com and http://www.towerrecords.com.

Same here.:mad: Maybe I should be mad at UPS. It's at the goddamn UPS facility. UPS left it there. It's been 10 miles from my house since Friday and they still can't get it to me.
