TWEC order question

So a while ago, I made an order to TWEC using that $10 off a $30 coupon. I never received an email but I do remember that the order was submitted because I got that thank you for ordering page. Anyway, one of the DVDs that I ordered has now been released but I haven't heard from them about shipping it. I tried calling them and leaving a message but no reply. And no reply to my emails. And since I don't have an order number because I never got an email, I can't check the status. Any suggestions or is the order just not in the system at all?
