Does NetFlix bill for the previous month or the upcoming month? I ask because I just upgraded to four movies out, and it said I would be billed $24.95 starting March 23rd. Now I'm going to feel incredibly stupid if I'm paying for $24.95 for only a week of 4 movies out.

The upcoming month. March 23rd is your next billing cycle, so you'll start your new plan and start getting charged for it at the same time.
