i posted this to the international forum but maybe this one is more appropriate.

i never received 2 shipments from dvdboxoffice.com.
they were sent to me on dec. 20 and dec 21 last year but never showed up. i did receive some shipments from them that were sent on a later date.
i e-mailed them and they told me to wait 8 weeks which i did and after 8 weeks i mailed them again but didnt receive any reply. since them i mailed them twice more but they just don't answer my emails.

anyone with similar experiences? what should i do now?

p.s. they were shipped to europe (holland)

My friend in Australia ordered 2 DVDs from dvdboxoffice in December. Never received any of them. After more than 8 weeks, he emailed them. They resent one of the DVDs and he finally received it. The other DVD is out of print so he is out of luck!

Mail an attack dog to DVDBOXOFFICE and e-mail them to tell them that you are returning one of the long-lost shipments to them for replacement.

Sit back and listen for the loud screams of utter terror as Bowser rips throught the unsuspecting warehouse personel..
