Yup, they officially went belly-up. Hope you didn't have any outstanding orders there.

Just for good measure, I went to their website, logged into my account, and changed all my account info (including e-mail address) to garbage data, in case they try to sell their customer database.

FYI - Chapter 11 doesn't necessarily mean a company is going belly up. The company I work for is in Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection (the word that is almost always left out), but we are still trucking along.
Obviously, in eToys case, it sounds like they will be gone soon.
