Curious if anyone has dealt with this outfit: their prices sem ridiculously low, & they offer free shipping. Are they reliable?

NO!!!!! They charge your credit card and then tell you it is backordered. Even after you cancel the order it takes all kinds of threats and work on your part to get them to credit the charge back. Run don't walk away from these thieves.

I had exactly the same experience as have countless others. Stay far far far far far far away.

Stay away from Dvdpassion.com as well. Same idea, nothing ships and they never answer any emails.

Whew! Am I glad I asked! Thanks for the feedback...sounds as if I was headed for a costly mistake.

I ordered a DVD from this company over a month ago. The DVD was "not in stock", but they would ship soon. I discovered that my Credit Card had been charged a month ago. I sent them a message to cancel my order, but they responded that my order had been sent the day before. Here we are a week later and still no DVD.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! There is a scam going on here. If I don't get my DVD, I think the best description would be THEFT!

Fraudulent, plain and simple.

Charged my credit card immediately for an order over $100 early last month. Never fulfilled order, won't return emails or phone calls. My card issuer is taking action against them and I am considering additional measures.
