Hey all. Buy.com sent me a DVD today that I didnt order. Has this happened to anyone else? What should I do?

Ha! They probably sent you a DVD that somebody else was supposed to get. And now they probably won't refund that other guy. A bunch of no-goodniks. I say, tell 'em you have it, and tell 'em you are keeping it. Email them if you want to instead of calling them, but let 'em know. Oh, and you might want to remove any saved credit card info from your acct, that is if you have any saved.

I just dont want to get charged for it. BTW the movie is Shine.

As I said, u might want to remove your credit card info from your account first. Also it is illegal for them to charge you for something that you never ordered in the first place, regardless of whether or not you got the item. It's just common sense. If they do charge you, take it up with your credit card company. They'll side with you.

buy.com is also cutting 125 jobs and leave the golf biz. Cuts are at their HQ too.

maybe some vindictive employee juts sent out a bunch of DVDs to people who didnt order them. Ill be watching my billing statement from Buy.com very closely
