I placed an order at absound.ca on February 6, the order apparently shipped out on Feb 13. I still have not recieved it. I know it is coming from Canada, and I am in Florida, but it seems like it is taking a really long time. Should I contact them about this? Anybody else know how long it should take?

I ordered a copy of "Giant" (not from Absound though) which was shipped on Wednesday 2/21 from Toronto, Ontario CN, and I received it on Saturday 2/24 (I'm in Los Angeles). My order from the U.S. based Deep-discount was also shipped on 1/21, and as of this writing, I've yet to receive it. I wondered how a Canadian retailer could get me a package In three days, but it's now been over a week for the American one. I think it may depend on the carrier. If I were you, I'd probably give them a few more days before contacting them.

BV, thanks for the reply, I guess I will wait a little longer and then call them. The thing is I know a bunch of people on this forum ordered it (after I did, because I happened to find it a week before the deal was even posted), yet none of them replied. I am curious as to whether the people who ordered the same DVD from the same retailer got their copy yet.
