I decided to try out TWEC after trying most others and haven't received my other disk that was shipped 12 days ago. I wrote two E-mails to them with no response and tried calling the only number on the website (Corp office?)....to no avail.

Can any of you help me out?

I've been a reading this site everyday and am excited to be one of you dvd losers!

Good luck Mr. B. I tried to reach them when their website was having card processing issues a while back. It took forever and the people weren't very helpful.

I've tried calling 5 times today and haven't even got an anyone to answer the phone....It just rings and rings!!!

No return E-mails either! It could be just a mail issue and not TWEC but still......I can't even contact Anyone!!!

The worst part is it I recieved another dvd that was shipped 2/13 and I got it 2/16! Boogie nights(CE) was a b-day gift for my girlfriend and supposindly shipped 2/11!

Oh yeah...her birthday was yesterday...Thanks TWEC!???
