Buy.com is screwing up my orders, and causing chaos on poor credit card. My first order has magically dropped from the system, and they try to make a second order, but they did not add the $10 gc I had, thus causing an error, because they try to charge more then the credit card is worth.

Called 2 times to failed results.

Anyone have the extension or name of some reps that know what they are doing, and that can resolve this crisis?

Doesn't matter if you get a good one because they have no way of forwarding you to that person...er...shall I say, they refuse. Best bet is to ask for a supervisor.
