I am holding off confirming a sale because the buyer has evidently made a typo in the shipping address. Would you confirm the sale and wait for half to give you the correct one or wait and risk losing the sale?

You could try cancelling the sale and leaving an explanation for the buyer in the box provided.. This situation has never happened to me so far.
