if something is in stock at amazon us store..
how long does it usually take to get to the UK?
what shipping should i do if i want it there in about a week?

does buy.com ship to the UK?

From memory, the US buy.com doesn't ship anywhere but the States of Canada.

I just ordered 3 disks from Amazon.com using standard shipping to the UK. It arrived 2 weeks and one day later. Some of this was due to shipping delays (they did not ship until 5 days after order was placed, even though they were show in stock - strange).

I have gotten things in a week, never earlier. If you need it in a week, I would suggest upgrading the shipping.

BTW, www.play247.com offers region 1 disks to the UK overnigh (basically). The costs are a little more than a US e-tailer, but in essence, it includes international shipping. I have been impressed!
